The zipper house dress , zipper came off the track, and without attachment the housecoat can't work. How ever the customer service team was excellent in helping with the problem and solved it within fifteen minutes, that meant the world to me !!!!!!!!!

I love the color. I ordered the XL in is too small. Don't know if I will return it or give to someone as a gift.

These housecoats are beautiful. They arrived today and i was pleasantly surprised, considering all the screaming loud negative reviews. i ordered a size up since i like my sleepwear roomy. im homebound so i like comfort around the clock. I tried them on and they look nice. The only thing i did not like about them is the polyester. Would have preferred a little more stretch, and thats why i gave it 4 stars instead of 5. They are dressy, and thats why i like them. I ordered two, the yellow and the pink. My advice is order a size up for some give. the material is not super soft, but the polyester softens it. Good quality made.

Fabric is thin; all hemmed areas are poorly finished and sloppy; the most well done feature is the embroidery.

Would very much like to exchange these for a larger size but don't have the packaging. Can I do that?

Cheap material and not sized properly. I bought (3) in size 2X and they are more to a size XLARGE. Unfortunately because of the COVID19, you state cannot b returned. Very disappointed.

The style is very good, however the material is very cheap. Its a little too short to wear as a robe or a house dress. Lengthen the dress and make it in a different material such as a good weight cotton/polyester blend even if you have to charge a little more money it would be worth it.
