This set is perfect!!! It came with everything we needed for our daughter’s birthday and the quality was EXACTLY as pictured! We loved the little kitty cat plates and cups that it came with and the banner and balloons were so easy to set up as well! Would definitely buy this again if we needed it!
Every item that comes with this is colorful and cute. You have the option to hang them up in a banner form, but I'm going to tape them all over the windows!!
My son chose this decoration package for his birthday party and invited only girls. Everyone loved the decorations, it was a fun party theme
