My only complaint are the hooks. You would do better buying the metal landscape hooks to anchor this mat down. The metal hooks are a better hold. We have a lady in our neiborhood that feeds stray animals and at night they sleep in her neighbor's flower beds! Ugh... And I plan to buy more, very soon!

These work great for my couch...my dogs hate them....I had another type that was a square and smaller spikes, which worked for my older dogs but then I got 3 German Shepard pups and they didn't care about those at all..they even learned to move them to the floor...but these new ones I just received work. They don't mess with them at all and it keeps them off my couch...these work amazingly 💯

my neighborhood has several feral cats. A couple of them has been hanging around my patio. They ruined 2 differnt sets of chair cushions. I tried all the hone remedies, vinegar and water, citrus sprays etc. Nothing worked to keep them off . I found these scat mats , delivered next day , placed them on my patio chairs and so far they seem to be working ! The prongs hard plastic , wont harm the cat but deters them from getting on my chairs. The only downsize so far is they are small and if I want to sit outside I have to move them off my chair and put them back on.

It's been one week and the neighborhood outdoor cat has not sat on my patio chairs. I sat on the plastic spikes myself and they are not hard. Would be uncomfortable against bare skin though. (Ps. Elvis the cat is taken care of…she has her own outdoor bed/shelter). One box of 12 was enough for the seats of my two chairs.

these work in areas that you don't want your pet or a puppy to go to because it's a step on it doesn't hurt them it just kind of like is uncomfortable for their paws I guess it's rubber you know so it's not going to hurt him but if you don't want them to pee in an area just lay these down there

Had a cat that was using my raised far as a litter box so I purchased the cat scat and I am more than pleased. I have not seen any sign of the cat or his surprises so I am happy.

I love this product .: Works great to prevent the neighborhood cats from using my flower beds as their personal litter box and the squirrels from digging up the flower bulbs!

Easy to use but some of the fasteners do not stay together. That's a little frustrating and it causes the pieces to come apart if the cats try to pick the tiles up. Overall, the item service the purpose I bought it for.

What I didn't like about it was that it didn't deter not a groundhog, not a cat and I had it up against the door it didn't do nothing. I folded up a staff little by door it didn't do nothing I had to add real nails to it in order for to keep them away with that. Now they don't come through there.

When my car first stepped onto the meat, she stepped back off then back on and jumped up onto the area that I wanted her blocked from that was also covered with them. these are used inside on a windowsill so they are on a hard surface so it's not like they are being pushed into soil. they didn't bother her at all. while I was cutting more to put up on top of the first set that didn't work, she played with the scraps like they were a toy.
