Had to use silicone-like gasket maker to ascertain a good seal between pipes.
A good replacement for an expensive item. It was exactly as shown and I would have given it 5 stars except it was almost too short. The conversion joint from one pipe to the next was a little larger then needed and could not clamp down completely allowing for leaks; it would have been nice to include muffler rope or tape better yet a tighter fit since a clamp can only do so much. after some creative solutions I am back on the road in relative quiet.
The part works. It was cheap
This is a 3 piece system. Section 1 is front flange to second cat Section 2 is the resonator and section 3 would be the pipe to the muffler. Section pipe flare so the other section's pipe can fit in and you clamp it. The issue I had was between Resonator section 3 and the pipe section (3). The resonator was not flared wide enough for the pipe section 3. As a result i could not attach the last section.
