Overall Good. Slight flaws.
Overall yes it works. For my 2009 Chevy Malibu 2.4 4 cylinder engine the included hardware did not work. What I mean is that the screws weren't the right size. The gasket for the triangular part had a little extra that had to be trimmed off. (Tips for application - try to keep the same studs and the nuts. Don't be afraid to use pb blaster. (Don't be nervous when it smokes when finally fixed and crunk back up ) also before doing it take off the flex pipe and if it runs quiet it's clogged) it took me a whole day to do it. That's because I'm not a mechanic. But anyways good investment. Just be patient.

Mostly fits but had to be modified
The part fit mostly however one side of manifold end was not shaped correct. I had to cut 1/2 inch off. Plus the flange end that attaches to the muffler pipe from the catalytic converter is too close the the body of the converter. So the bolts that come with the part are too long and hit the body of the converter before the head makes contact with the flange. Otherwise everything else fit fine.

Don't buy!!!
The bolts don't fit and had to modify the bracket for the bottom of it to fit and neither gasket was thick enough big waste of time and money
