Catch Basin Downspout Extension Kit, 9" x 9" Base with Flexible Drain Pipe Extending 16"-60", Low-Profile Clog-Resistant Gutter Drain for Lawn, Garden & Foundation Protection

The catch basin downspout extension kit is made of a sturdy plastic and I found it easy to assemble. The base fits nicely under the downspout and the hose extends an adequate distance to keep rain water away from the house foundation. It should be adequate for moderate to heavy rain storms.

This is an absolutely amazing idea for our rain gutters. I love the way it redirects the runoff. Ours would run off straight into our garage. However, during a really good downpour the grate on top doesn't allow for all of the water to collect in the receptacle and runoff. Still better than what we had. It's a sturdy plastic. I'm in the desert so we will have to see how the materials hold up. It is beyond easy to install. For the price it's worth a try.

We were having an issue with water staying in our flower bed during heavier rains. We ordered this in an effort to resolve that and it's exactly what we needed and works great!

Looks really great. Flexible hose isn't too big . I needed something that could easily moved during heavy foot traffic. Perfect for my needs. Came in a surprisingly small package for the quality.

I did not buy this item for it's intended purpose. I am using it to divert the water generated by my outside AC unit to a more desirable location near me flower beds. It is the perfect size and works very well in this mode.

This product worked like a charm and it kept the water flowing in the right direction instead of eroding the ground underneath. I would recommend it.

Great find! It's almost invisible, very easy to install

worked good
