Cate & Chloe Gabrielle 18k White Gold Plated Shell Pearl Necklace with Swarovski Crystals for Women

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas, I was pleased with it when it arrived and it arrived very quickly. My daughter was very happy with it when I gave it to her.

The necklace %26 earrings I ordered were very nice.My problem stems for the delivery service. I received the earrings very promptly but it took forever for the necklace to arrive.If I had ordered it for myself, it wouldn't have been so much of a problem but I had ordered it for a gift. I ended up having to give a birthday gift 2 weeks late. I would keep getting emails that it would be arriving the next day but it never did. I don't know what the problem was but it was one delay after another.

I ordered yellow gold and got white gold instead. Bummers. But my daughter liked it so thankfully it wasn't a total waste!

I was disappointed with this item. I purchased for myself and then decided to get one for a friend. To my surprise it was different than the first one. It was completely round instead of oval shaped. It is however a very nice necklace.

Broken first time putting on. Disappointing to not be able to get a replacement rather than just a refund

I ordered this to match the ear rings as a gift. They sent me something else when I scanned the bar code it brought me back to this. Tried looking up to see if they have the product I received on here and nope it's not here. So absolutely false advertising. What I received is cute but not what I wanted an no time to return and then buy something else so hope this gift is liked.

I just didn't fill that t up to your standards. I have a lot of things. But this one didn't lay right and didn't fall into your category. But the earrings are beautiful. Can't wait for some rings! P.s. I still keeped two. Thank you for have you do. Patty

I ordered yellow gold color twice but the both times they sent me a rose gold color.

This necklace should be rated 0 stars. I was a cheap looking necklace that doesn't include a pearl.

This necklace looks cheap. I was going to give it to my granddaughter for Christmas, but would have been embarrassed to do so. I should have returned it, but had thrown away the shipping container. Don't waste your money.
