I never received this item but they're beautiful and I know that they're still coming in so I'm going to rate it as a four. I know it's the holidays and happy holidays to anyone that's reading this. it is not the company. it is the shipping provider or the shipping services. the third party people. with that being said, I am missing five Kate and Chloe items as of now.

These are so beautiful and elegant. The colors are soft but distinctive… great for spring and summer dresses.

The stone colors are not vibrant as the picture shows. They are pretty much clear. But overall the earrings are beautiful and very well made. They fit comfortably in my ears.

These are really cute- my only knock is that the colors aren't as bright as in the photos. To the eye, it's hard to tell that the stones are different colors. But the design is cute and they do look pretty on the ear.

The colors aren't vibrant like they are in the picture. In addition, the earrings are extremely difficult to close around the ear. I purchase a lot of this brands earrings and I've loved every single pair I have ever received until this pair

The appearance of earrings is very nice. Unfortunately, the earrings have tarnished really quickly and I've only had them a few months. It is also infecting my ear and is painful. My ear is now red, swollen, and full of green puss.

If you're looking for color vibrancy, you will NOT find it in these earrings. VERY PALE in contrast to the online picture. You cannot even see the pink. And the green color is very pale in comparison to the photo. I got these to wear with different colored outfits. But I can just wear one of my other pairs that are just crystal clear or diamonds. I will be returning. However, I will say that the quality of this brand is really good. Thats why I keep going back. I do find that a number of the online photos do not match what you receive. I have made a number of returns w/this brand because of that.

Cheaply made. The Stones are dull which is most likely the glue used to hold them in place. The earrings metal looked like a poor spray paint job. Disappointing.
