I needed a hammer drill for small jobs drilling in concrete. This has both normal drill and hammer drill functions. Great value, includes case and accessories. Haven't used it much yet but I expect it will meet my needs

Well worth the price and good quality. Not just good for the price either. It's a good quality drill. I can't believe it's this cheap. Works great and comes with all the bits you will ever need plus a case. Couldn't be happier!

Got what I paid for. Not too heavy, nice case with lots of extras, charges in a reasonable time, has a level and an automatic light to see where you're working. Only drawbacks are its speed is limited in the high rpm range, and in high torque use it tends to loosen and drop the bit.

pros: plenty of power %26 inexpensive cons: you get what you pay for. This thing here is a knock-off of a knock-off. if you are ok with that, then it will do what is of expected. as far as carrying box, and ALL of the bits - they are complete garbage. i broke several on one easy project.

Tool arrived on time and works quite well so far. Both batteries charged up and still using the first one. I did not notice the description says 48 volts so was not disappointed by that. Does seem to stop trying after a few seconds when asked to turn a tight bolt. All in all, a good tool for the price. They should update the description to 21 volts in my opinion.

This does not come with a manual, so anyone who is new to using tools will have to look online on how to use a drill. The drill bits don't stay in place inside the case and come out of the slots when storing and there is a really strong and bad odor that smells like dog waste and cigarettes from the case.

THE ONE OF TWO BATTERIES WILL NOT CHARGE AND THE OTHER BATTERY DOES NOT HOLD A CHARGE VERY LONG, THE DRILL IS NOT HEAVY AND EASY TO HOLD AND MANEUVER BUT THE BATTERIES ARE NOT VERY GOOD,

Was not the one I ordered Hyper tough Have tried twice to use it and had to insert the battery twice for it to work

Online description doesn't match with the product. This is deceptive ( description is 48V Power Drill with 2 Batteries and Charger, Actually it's a 21V batteries) also pictures doesn't show the 21V side of the batteries. I will return it and what a waste of time.

The Product Description and Product Details both describe this cordless drill, Model %23 HG0293-2 as being Supplied with Two- 48 volt Lithium Batteries. The package I received contained 2- 21 V Batteries. Also, there is NO Model %23 marked on the drill at all. One review I read mentioned the fact that one of the batteries WOULD NOT CHARGE ! I am experiencing the same problem. One battery was factory charged and the other has been charging for 2 hours and the charger's light still is RED , indicating not charged yet I guess I will Return it to the store for a Refund.
