I love this the minute I seen it it meant a lot to me to put a picture of my love on it and some ashes it would mean the world to me but when I opened it when I received the package where the heart hung on and I opened the box it was broken I was so upset that my emotions start getting the best of me I had no reason nothing else but to call the company and the seller the great thing about it is they're sending me out a brand new one hide it definitely recommend the seller they're absolutely stunning and amazing and their quality of their stuff is stunning it's not their fault that it broke in the mail the way they handle the stuff nowadays ridiculous they throw things around but I wouldn't be disappointed in a quality of what you get I definitely recommend getting this if you love somebody to death because it would mean something to look at each day remembering the best time that you had together and forever will be forever last hope you enjoy it you guys will definitely recommend it
