overall it seems to work really great I like the fact that you can use an app on your phone but notifies you when you're cat is using the litter box. our cat seems intrigued by the motion and the sound so the notifications seem to go off all the time because she sits there and watches it go through the South Cleaning process. And especially like the odor control.

Well, my cat is very old, has a heart condition as well as minor back leg paralysis. So her back legs are kinda stiff. Her old box is getting hard to step in. At first she ignorediher new fancy loo. Now, 6 months later, she's sleeping in it; last 2 nights. Sounds disgusting but, she sometimes naps in her potty box, so, she still might use it for potty but, she has yet to make that decision. The old potty box is right next to it. Her smell is in it now so I'm still optimistic. She is very babyish, I think a normally intelligent cat would have figured it out by now. Currently I have it unplugged so not to scare her. That being said, assembly is easy, delivery had no problems, I'm pleased with my purchase.

When the fecis is extracted to the bottom container, it piles up in one corner and it makes my machine not work. so if i went on vacation for a week. i guess my cats are going to be doing there business everywhere else but the liter box. i wish the entrance had a little wall at the bottom because my cat does his business.It sometimes gets thrown out of the box. Other than that, everything is great.I love the smell.It never smells like poop or pee anymore. Despite the things that I don't like , I like it more than i dislike it. Would recommend it to anybody and it's a great price.

It's working, but simple function, and not so good. It's unable clean up when my cat is using it on the edge of the litter, no matter big or small. Buying it for recently no one's home. Will not keep it if have enough time to test another one, too bad.

The parts are cheap plastic, and they constantly fall off. I have watched videos to make sure I have assembled it correctly. It works about half of the time.

This litterbox sucks sewer water!! It is automatic alright , so automatic that I automatically know that I have to clean it myself! And, it gets stuck in the random one offs it decides to actually work, you may be asking, what do I mean by stuck? Well, Lady can tell you that as the drum is turning over, my automatic litterbox stops in the process and it stops in the doorway entrance to the litterbox and so lo and behold my poor cat can't get in and so guess what that leads to? Why, it leads to Lady automatically picking up said cat's messes. Can't fault the cat for that. This isn't my first automatic litter box so no comments that I must be doing something wrong, it worked fine for about a month, now it won't connect to WiFi at all no matter what I try, even after troubleshooting. It does not get hard clumps if they are larger which is every time my cat urinates. The litter capacity is very low and the box is not very wide so he can't really cover it up like they like to do, so odor is an issue. If you hold that “automatic” button down too long it automatically dumps ALL the litter into the waste trap below, whether you just cleaned it or not, how convenient!! Save your money darlings!!

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and son in law. It doesn't discard the poop clumps. It was a waste of money. I don't know if I can return it being that they threw out the box and it is very heavy.

This is not worth your money. it freezes during cleaning and doesn't open back up. I've had to clean it more than if I had a regular litter box. very disappointed

The device caused injury to my kitten, as it failed to detect her presence within the box. It rotated while she was inside, resulting in a cut on her paw. Consequently, she is now frightened and refuses to utilize the device.

The worst product and customer service ever . I've been having issues and the only support is via chat which will not respond . Kees cleaning and get stuck . Had to unplug it because if it closes while my cat is in there I will be suing Walmart and the seller
