This is my third cat tree, and by far the nicest. It has multi-levels, a little enclosed place, a cat scratcher made with the only material my cats will use to scratch, and a swinging toy to bat at. The only feature my cats don't like is that fuzzy pillow thing that fits over the top circular level; they wouldn't go near the tree until I took it off and hid it. This took me about one and a half hours to put together. I did have to undo and redo some portions because I misread the drawings. There are no written instructions at all. Each part is numbered or lettered on the sheet with matching numbers or letters on the part (on easily peelable labels). There are 12 steps with a block for each step showing what parts go together, with arrows showing which way to tighten. The necessary Allen wrench is included. Some of the drawings were ambiguous as to which way the parts needed to face, but I figured it all out eventually (except for one little corner inside the enclosed part on the bottom where I couldn't fit the screw, but no one can tell). The easiest way to put this together is to lay every part out in the same order as the diagram, with plenty of floor space. I sat on the stairs leading down to the foyer where I set up the cat tree, and that was easier on the knees, so maybe find a low foot stool or hassock to sit on if you don't have stairs. This is a nice height for my cats to look out the window. Unfortunately, they won't sit on it at the same time, which would be really cute, but that's ok. It's a nice piece of cat furniture and it looks nice in my foyer – the first thing people see when they open the door!

My Russian Blue seems to like it so far. It is very sturdy, easy to put together. It comes with instructions and the necessary tools. Like that it has the scratching post on the side. The top fuzzy seat is wide enough for his 14.4 pounds. Over all it is nice and looks pretty in my living room

Arrived quickly, and fairly easy to assemble (had a second person to assist with keeping level, but I'm not as mechanically inclined.) Our kitten has enjoyed running to the top, sleeping in the “tent”, sharpening her nails on the ramp, and playing with the hanging bell ball. A favorite both for her and a value for the price!

My four spoiled rotten fur babies have several sleep areas and when one gets used by another cat, they switch out. This 4 level multi-functional cat tree with condo solves that problem of "no vacancy" because there will always be a spot for anyone of them to take a nap in. It's soft and sturdy, but you should use zip strips to adhere to the wall so it does not get toppled over when one of your cats gets to the top of the condo to snooze away the day! Love it and thankful for such a lovely design!

First I have been wanting one of these forever! I had one years ago but it didn't survive the move. This one seems pretty sturdy and nice quality. 4 levels is a lot and unfortunately my cat id now getting pretty olds so he might stick to ther bottom 2 at most. Lol. I really think those is nice and I can't wait to get it all together. I have to move some furniture asmus I will need help putting it together being that im disabled. I get confused pretty easy sometimes arnd I can't move thre furniture on my own. But I did check out the instructions and all the pieces and everything is present And accounted for. Awesome cat stand. My cat is gonna flip.... literally! Plus the grey color matches my carpet arnd rugs Mainstay is a quality company so 5 star rating!

This 4 Level Cat Tree With Condo and Scratching Board is absolutely amazing! It is compact enough to put into a corner or small isle. I was surprised how easy it was to assemble. The directions are very clear and it came with all the pieces needed, it even has the tool for tightening the screws. The scratching board is very helpful and doubles as a stair case for the cats to climb. All 3 of my cats love this! The material is very smooth and soft. They love the little cubby on the bottom and the nest bed up on the top. My cats weigh 7lbs, 12lbs, and 16lbs. They all fit in it and on it! My cats also like the dingly-dangly ball, they are always batting it around. All in all my cats love this and so do I!!!

It is a little hard to put it together just because it does t have words on the instructions just pictures. We had to twist it around so the base fit. We've had it up for a couple weeks and the little ball is starting to come apart but that isn't worrisome to me. There is a bed that comes off the top and can be washed so that's awesome! Highly suggest for cat households.

I do like this cat tree it is a descent size cat tree. The only thing I dont like about it is it is too small for a big cat. We have a good size cat and when he lays on the shelves its not enough room for him to lay comfortable. And the top part want stay up it just lays flat doesnt open up like picture shows. But this is great for a smaller cat.

our cat would not use the top level . I had to remove the old square rimmed box from her old tree and used double edge carpet tape and stuck it on top . I discarded the fluffy cover. That's why I gave it a 3 rating. I would have returned it without the fix. The price was right.
