Both of my cats were quite curious about it at first, gently putting their paws in the holes! Took a while for them to gently move the balls around. I guess I would call it that, gentle play. They do like it a lot, sometimes laying down next to it putting their paws in the center of the figure 8. I'm very happy I bought it for them. It works just fine on the carpet. I found it to be much cheaper here at Walmart so that's a bonus.

All 7 of my kitties/cats take turns during the day with lay on their sides (sooo lazy) and use their paws to push the balls. They are so cute! I love the crazy either more than the individual ones. They seem to find this one more interesting. Luvin' the green/orange colors as well. The quality is superb!

my 8 month old cat loves this toy. I put treats in the middle for a little challenge. its more fun when she lays down to play it. great value for the price.

My cat is very VERY oarticu and LOVES this. Doesn't like anything ever and makes it hard to shop for him but he went right up to this and started wacking it.

It seems like a good toy. We tried it and he seemed interested, but he is so big he just pulled it over even in the box. At least he was interested in this one

This is a well made fun toy, works very well, the feathers are quite secure, very cute and I like that it has different speeds as some of these go too fast and have scared my cats! I wish they liked it a little more but that's just what it's like with cats, you never know! My boy likes it more as he likes feathers, likes to lick them 😊

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat who is usually pretty mild mannered and lax had a lot of fun with this toy. The ball moves effortlessly around the track and it's just big enough for her to play with but not too bulky. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that the cat nip (meant to be sprinkled into the pink part on top) falls out and creates a bit of a mess. Otherwise, it's great and I do recommend it for those with meowing fur babies.

My cat loves it.I didn't think she would..i had to show her, how to do it. she's just a little kitten. she wont leave it alone..if any of you guys reading this. i would buy one if i was you. you're cat, will love it..

A less expensive version was sent, costing about half as much. I feel cheated because I paid for the prettier version but was sent the cheaper, more ordinary one. I decided to keep it but was moderately disappointed. I've included a photo of the item received. It differs from the item originally pictured.
