I purchased new records and when I played them on the turntable they skipped. It also didn't come with the remote control. The cd player, the radio and the cassette did play fine. The stereo also seemed like it had been used.

I bought this converter on the hope of downsizing by putting the music of cassettes and cd's on a memory card. And that is exactly what it did not do. I can play but not record, so I could not transfer. A total waste of money to me. I called the number that came with the manual, and the woman told me that they could not provide tech support, to email the address, also on the manual. I did email them a couple of times but got no response whatsoever. I called the number again and the same woman answered and repeated the same message. At the time my elderly mom had an accident and was hospitalized for a while, so I did not contact Walmart cause my mind was on my mom. And by the time she got better, it was late to do much about it. So, the thing sits there, useless to me :( For someone who needs it as a player only, it seems to be ok, but if you want to use the USB port, don't get your hopes up!

This product did not work. I need to know how to return it. The item is large and will not fit into my car. This is the seco d time I have ordered this record player and neither was operational.

It was a beautiful wood. So I rated it for that. Otherwise, I could not rate anything because it did not come with a power cord!
