CB15859 Living Room Recliner Massage Chair Heated Vibrating PU Leather - Brown

This is my 3rd recliner in a year & I finally got it right. It is hard to know exactly what you are really getting when you buy on line no matter how much research you put into it. I have several health issues & need a chair that will support my back & make me feel better while I'm in it & get up. I was also needing a chair with the storage pockets. my only comment would be that once in the recline position it is hard to get the foot portion back down. Some more options in color would have been very nice.

This Recliner is very sturdy & very comfortable. There were a couple of pieces i had to put together but it took all of 5 mins. The chair arrived much sooner than expected as well. Very satisfied customer.

Chair is good but foot rest is hard to come down very hard!!

This is a nice chair, BUT. We purchased this for my dad who is 89. He did not have the leg strength to push the leg rest down once in the seat was reclined, also the seat swivels and glides so even in the upright position he was not able to get out of the seat because it started moving behind him. He is 6'4 and the seat was short for his leg length. I think the chair would be great for a younger person who doesn't have the balance instability and leg strength weakness.

The chair works good but the only problem we have is the amount of force it takes to close the leg rest. It doesn't close easily and it takes many attempts each attempt harder than the previous.

Quality is good. Vibrating massage feels weird, so I wouldn't buy the chair because of that. I can't feel it heat much either. My biggest complaint is the foot rest. Trying to lock it back into place requires acrobatics. It's easier for me to get out of the chair while its up, then push it down by hand. They need to make it with the old fashioned handle type. If I could return it, I would.
