The concept is really cute. I recommend a couple changes. First, I am keeping it because it is really cute. However, they do need to create different sizes for both fit and for those with very thick hair versus fine thin hair. There is just a sewn hole at the top with a one size fits all. I brought the dark gray color. It is well made. The problem is you must pull the hair thru once it is on your head. Finally, it needs to be satin lined to fight the frizz and not flatten the rest of the hair.

I love this winter hat because I sometimes wear my hair in a ponytail and can just pull it through the opening. No need to take my hair down just to put on a hat. This brand is so warm and comfortable. It does not make my forehead itch like some other brands. I own several other styles and colours of this CC hat brand and love them all. If you're looking for warmth and versatility this is your must have winter hat!

I got this for my daughter because she always wears her hair up in a messy bun or ponytail, and she loves it. The quality very good as is the size.

I love the color and everything about the hat except it came without a ponytail hole. I ordered 2 and one of them was a gift. So it was really disappointing that neither of them came with a ponytail hole.
