good strong root clump . perfect plant size for planting . looks vigorus and full of rose beauty for the garden !

Great Bare Root and Prompt Shipping!!
I'll start by explaining why I gave my bare root plant a 4 and not a 5. It hasn't yet bloomed so I can't attest to the quality of the blooms. However, the bare root plant arrived within 2 days, well packaged with moist roots. I would classified the plant as a Grade 1 because it has 4 pencil-sized canes and numerous fibrous roots. I would not hesitate to buy another bare root plant from Wal-Mart especially at their prices!!!
