Exactly what was shown on website. It has worked on one pair of Timberland boots, but not on the Dexter work boots. The leathers are very different so that may be the reason. I like this product and was happy with the price. Thank you

They work great!
I had been looking for shoe stretchers. Bought a cheap pair. Threw them away! These do the job! Great!
