This is a great product! Bright led light and a very nice finish. Works well. This is a very under-priced item. I have installed strictly Hunter fans in my homes in the past, and this one is just as nice, in fact, the remote and phone abilities make it better.
This is a very nice fan. The plastic lamp was cracked due to shipping issues. The company was so great to replace it in a very timely manner. I will definitely be buying a new one of these for my new house

Easy to install. Six different speeds. The highest one sounds like a wind tunnel which is awesome. Great dimmable lighting. We purchased one for our master bedroom and liked it so much for bought 6 more to replace fans in every room in our home.
I love the nickel finish and the flat globe like light. My last fan would wobble so bad I thought it would fly right off the ceiling, so I got a newer more advanced one. You can't even hear this fan, it's barely at a whisper. The remotes are the best, saves my bad hip and back from a lot of pain if it need to turn the fan up or down or the light on, off, or on dim.

Ordered six fans. Two malfunctioned and quit working within a week. Very disappointed. Contacted company by email and received no response. Electrician looked at first fan and circuit board was fried. Had expense of having all six installed, and expense of having failed first fan inspected. No resolution. No paperwork or invoices with fans.
This fan looks really nice and worked for a few weeks, but then stopped working abruptly, will no longer rotate. Does not respond to the remote control and I've replaced the batteries. I reached out to Customer Service multiple times but have not heard back. It's a piece of garbage and I wouldn't buy it if I was you.
I bought 4 fans and one of them stopped having remote control issues. In short, I can't use it! I contacted the seller and received no response! I'm afraid this will happen to the others and I'll lose everything!
When I went to set up fan did not work properly had it more than 90 days could not send it back contacted customer service through email did not have a phone number. Did respond back sending replacement parts. This is frustrating since it's a brand new fan.
