I've used this product for awhile now. It took a few uses before I started seeing results, but the results are better than anything else I've tried. I don't dye my hair, but our well water turns my gray hair that yellow-ish color on the ends. Normally I'll put some on my yellow-ish hair about 5 minutes before hopping in the shower. I'll lather it a little, rinse it out, and then follow up with a regular shampoo. It does fine by itself, but it is expensive, and this way I can restrict it to the places where it needs to go, and it can soak in a little.
