Helps preserve hair color
This shampoo helps me keep my brown color from turning red and brassy but I have to let it sit on my head, like 5/10 min in the shower for best results. I use it once a week. Also, I learned the hard way that it will turn blonde hair green so be careful if you have highlights.

Keeps color fresh
I start using this every other shampoo the second week after hair coloring, alternating with John Freida Brilliant Brunette shampoo and conditioner. The combination works great to keep the color fresh.
