Great!!
My dietian recommend these to capsules to me. He stated that they are made properly for RNY patients & that they are smaller & easier to swallow than other brands out there. He was right!! This is the only B Complex I have been able to stomach since surgery (18 months ago)

Easy to open and mix
These capsules are so much easier to open then most. The powder mixes well with water or any other fluid. I would recommend them.

Celebrate Vitamin B-50 Capsules
For me I really didn’t notice a difference from the regular B12, maybe it’s just me... Everybody is different so what didn’t work for me may work for you. Also, these capsules have a very strong smell of vitamins (to the point where it leaves an after flavor after swallowing the capsule).
