Not a skort..
This says SKORT on the item. It is definitely not a skort but a skirt and she is short. I only bought this with the idea that there would be shorts underneath so I will be returning. I'm sure it would be cute to wear but unfortunately with as tall as I am, I would need something underneath with the flair of the skirt.
