I'm a tea tester in my home life, and Celestial always has amazing quality teas! Chamomile is my favorite, and their tea pairs well with either sugar, or sugar substitute. For an unsweetened beverage it is still amazing quality, and extremely aromatic!

The flavor is exquisite specially I add honey for relaxation, and sleep so well besides I enjoy it with my pastry sometimes. Also, buy it at Walmart because other markets have for much more money. And no, Walmart is not paying me to write this 😉

I have problems sleeping. I am seeking God to help me. In the meantime, I am using lemongrass and chamomile. I take a very small amount of over-the-counter sleep aid pill. With this combo I can usually get about 6 hours. I drink a cup of the lemongrass and chamomile with my dinner. About 3-4 hours before I go to bed.

This is my favorite tea, I've tried every other kind of tea but there is no other one that has this kind of sweet pleasant kind of taste like Celestial Seasonings does. I've been drinking at least 4 to 5 cups of this tea every single day for at least 7 years or more, I can't get through a day without it!!

A tea has a caffeine-like ingredient which makes it stimulating & not relaxing. Chamomile is NOT a tea but a herb that does not contain that caffeine-like ingredient thus is does have a calming effect not only for an upset stomach (this is a pouch-like organ, not the whole abdomen). If consumed @ bedtime, it has a calming effect that slightly helps to sleep. My mother's family has been drinking this herb infusion for generations. It has a pleasant sweet taste. I like to add some milk to it when I consume it.

OK - what? I really do drink these because they are soothing, yummy, and good for tummy aches, among other health benefits. But I also use the spent bags on my eyes. I have allergies that cause weepy, itchy eyes and these are so soothing. I leave them in place for 15 minutes 2-4 times a day and no more pink eyes. (After cooling the tea, of course. Do not use these hot!) I save the cup of tea in the fridge and continue to use cotton makeup squares to place on my eyes until the redness subsides. The cold tea bags are also nice to place on inflamed skin, like when cheeks flush from rosacea. Think of these tea bags as cucumbers from a spa day. Cooling, soothing and they feel so nice. Allergy relief -ah! I'll pass on the cukes.
