My daughter always wants me to buy these. We both always have this before bedtime. It tastes real good. Easy to prepare and we love the small size box. It has a great shelf life and the green tea in the ingredients is a plus. Probiotics help with cleaning your gut. So this is good to have. We both love the taste and you can't go wrong

Since drinking the probiotics green tea, I have noticed a change in my gut health and my bathroom routine. I really think this has been a positive in my life. The tea is simple to make but I still had to add my honey and milk to it. I really enjoyed it.

I am not big on drinking tea everyday. When I think tea, I think sweet tea. I received this and was skeptical at first. The second you open it, the smell of cinnamon hits you. I realize flavor is not this particular tea's main focus, considering it contains probiotics, but that is the only aspect of this tea that I did not like. It's tough to enjoy when it tastes so bland.

I would never buy these because the tea bag has no string. It's super annoying digging it out of the mug. I'd be open to it if a string was added but there are comparable green teas that aren't a pain to use.
