I deal with more than average stress and I often have trouble falling asleep, this tea is great tasting and very effective, just one tea bag and steep for ten minutes soon after I drink it I'm fast asleep and I sleep well. every time.

I started to drink this tea, because I have a very hard time getting to sleep. My doctor wanted me on pills, but I asked if I could try something else. So I started drinking this, I now have one cup about 30 minutes before I want to be asleep and it works great!! Good taste and I wish I could get a much bigger box!

Use caution. This can make you feel like a zombie and very groggy the next day. If you can not fall asleep, this will definitely help, but you will feel miserable the next morning if you don't get enough sleep, atleast 8 hrs.

I'm glad Walmart started carrying sleepy time extra again. It only takes one cup and you are down for the count. Don't drink this unless you are able to sleep safely. Tastes really good with a little honey. Very soothing bedtime beverage.

My husband has been having sleep problems and nothing I offered him seem to help. Until I brought home this tea.... he now drinks tea before bed instead of his daily wine. Awesome replacement.

Sleepy time Extra tea actually has helped me fall asleep. At least that’s what I believe. No miracle here but it does seem to help. Perhaps it’s the valerian root. Not really sure but I’m glad I tried it out.

After learning about the dangers of OTC aids containing diphenhydramine, I thought I would try this "all natural" sleepy time tea. IT WORKS and it doesn't taste too bad (Although I do add a teaspoon of sweetener). I find it definitely makes me drowsy.

Love my Extra Sleepy Time Tea before bed w a little honey. Have been drinking it for over 7 years. Only drink water during the day so it's my night time treat that helps me sleep. : )
