The only issue I had with this is the size of the box. It's so big that your hands get sticky reaching in to pull the tea bags out. The box also broke open during delivery. However I reached out to Walmart chat after this happened, and they refunded the item so that I was able to replace it. Other than that this tea is great for anxiety relief as well as restful sleep.

I like the tea, but the vularian root does give it a slightly different taste than regular sleepytime tea. It smells great and definitely helps relax me before bed. I will continue to order this kind because I have a feeling it's an acquired taste just bc it's something new to the pallet.

My favorite drink for nighttime to help my body calm down and relax to sleep better. We notice when we miss our drink at night we don't sleep through the night.

I drink a big mug of this every night before bed and man has it made a difference. I was skeptical, but it does really help me fall asleep. It smells heavenly and has a mellow, minty taste. The eco friendly packaging makes me feel good about how much I drink too.

I have been using this for decades. Happy with the large box! Love this product for relaxing, OR calming an over-active gut. It helps my allergies, rhinitis and asthma to inhale the steam AFTER it cools a bit, too. Have to be careful. You can burn your lungs. It opens them up and soothes them with colds and flu too. I love it because my nose tends to swell shut overnight and it soothes my overactive gut. Make sure you check with your doctor. It can react with some medications!

I have been a Celestial Seasonings drinker for 45 years. I always enjoyed the original Sleepytime, but since finding Sleepytime Extra I swear by it. It helps me drift off to sleep more quickly and I wake up less often during the night. It has a soothing flavor.

Works for me!! Wife also. If you have zillions of things racing through your mind when you want to rest , this works for me when nothing else does - things I would be willing to try, anyway. I cannot compare it to pharmaceuticals because I have no experience with them but that is drugs and this is herbal tea. The distinction should be obvious.

I love this tea. I've been drinking it for years now. Helps calm my mind before bedtime plus the flavor is so good. I don't add any sweetener to it.
