Celestial seasonings is a good brand we use since many years and the tea never disappoints us. I dont drink any coffee so tea is my only hot drink I drink. I didnt notice any extra energy but to be honest I didnt need any. Nothing negative to say about the tea

This tea is a great tasting and fast action. The mint and chamomile are ultra soothing for my body as I prepare for sleep. I love this after a long day and night and I'm ready to just wind down completely. I highly recommend and I will definitely repurchase.

When i received it i wasn't sure if it would actually work, but as I was drinking it I actually started to doze off while watching TV. Unfortunately, it isn't naturally sweetened so it will be tricky to stay sleepy while brushing your teeth, but I would still highly recommend!!
