I like that it's a tea blend geared towards the female system. I like the scent. Without brewing it, it smells like mint. Once brewed it smells like apple cider. It tastes like a watered down sweet apple cider. Very subtle to the pallet. I would drink again. I immediately got a little drowsy. I guess the chamomile kicked in !!!

We use this in our house before endearing “that time” Since using, I have noticed an improvement on my quality of life during this time. Not only me, but my oldest too says the same thing. So I know it's not just me. If you or anyone in your life struggles during that time of the month, I highly suggest this. The days following up to it, and the first few days drink a cup every single day, if not two. Stay hydrated. You'll thank me later.

Really delicious. I use 2 teabags in 8oz hot water and let mine steep for 10 minutes. I sweeten it with a bit of honey and cream. It has a very yummy fruity chamomile taste with a hint of mintyness! Not sure how it works for menstrual support but either way it's a very good tea and I can definitely see myself repurchasing when the time comes!

Have always loved celestial seasonings and now they offer a women's blend that has what we need to support ourselves and tastes great.

skeptical at first as my cramps can be debilitating. This has a warm cozy aroma. It actually helped relax my stomach muscles! A tsp of honey makes it heavenly. Bought my daughter and a coworker some also.

Beware this is not raspberry leaf tea, it is a blend. Not want you want, if you're prepping for the arrival of a baby. I bought it thinking it was saving me a little, especailly as it offered walmart cash on the item. I would rather pay a tad bit more and get better quality and the full raspberry leaf tea from earth mama or traditional medicinals. Check the ingredients.
