Good value for the money. Easy set up. Practice first to get used to them.... Takes a little effort to aim and focus them properly the first few times, since lenses are almost opaque - for safe solar viewing. Will use these for the Eclipse. Decent image. Would buy again. They worked amazing, very jice construction and high-quality materials used. the eyelets were a little bit smashed from being in the box a long time, but they formed back into good shape with no wear once out of the box for a while. they come with a nice carry case, too. Thank you, Celestron!

Really liked the binoculars with the solar lens. The image was sharp and I was completely safe from retina damage. Experienced the entire event and these beat paper glasses! Would highly recommend. The only thing I didn't like was the strap that went around the neck, which cut into my skin. It was very flimsy. The strap was the only con and can be replaced with something more suitable, Hence the 4 stars.

Too small, too flimsy. Minor size increase is not worth it. Glasses are so much preferred.
