I wasn’t sure how this was going to compare to the C4 extreme but over all it worked really good. I used half a dose just to test it out given it has 300mg of caffeine and even half the dose worked good.
Dissolves well, tastes great. My husband has dropped over 10 pounds since using.
Love c4 products without the extra jitters
It does give you the energy you need but the downside is I can no longer take the recommended amount, I threw up the whole time and barely got any workout completed. I don't care too much for the taste as well but i can get used to it. I recommend taking half to see how you feel and I recommend not to take it late in the evening or you'll be up all night no matter how sleepy you are.
I feel an increase in energy after drinking, but similar to other reviews, it makes me itch and I am not happy about that.
This product worked really well. After drinking it took about 10 minutes for me to really feel it kick in. I'm not a fan of the taste or consistency of this pre-workout. But if you're just looking for something to get your blood pumping, this will do the trick.
This could be dangerous for users not familiar with C4 or pre workout supplements. I enjoy the C4 enegy drink in the can, i also like the energy powder in the yellow container, so i tried this product looking for a similar energy source.....but I had an uncomfortable feeling in my groin area when i tried this product. i tried it for a week %26 i kept on my regular routine 1 scoop 20-30 minutes before i warm up but i just kept feeling uncomfortable. So i stopped using it for a couple of days to see if i had the same problem, i felt normal during the days off of the product, so I tried it again using half a scoop and the uncomfortable feeling arouse again. so i just stopped using it, %26 going to see if I can return it.
The taste is a little odd. Spicy from the black pepper ingredient
