Love how this one doesnt bloat me like the others do. Great pumps too! A new fave. Still live the Ultimate with creatine hcl but its vetter to use this one when Im not as lean.

I have been using this pre workout for 8 years now and I love it . Have tried other but nothing gives me the clean feeling energy this does .

I would definitely recommend this product. I was reluctant to try a new flavor but Icy Blue Razz has been getting old so I tried Lemon Italian Ice and it was easily the best tasting pre-workout I have ever had. It also gave me a crazy rush when I got to the gym. Very satisfied.

Great kick at 4:30 am, the pepper was a bit funky at first, but now I kinda look forward to it (like I look forward to reset-deads). If I eat right I don't get any digestive side effects, but if I carb-out on extra cheesy Cheez-Itz it can hit the stomach within the first 10-15 min. Would I recommend this to a friend? Yes, and I have purchased for a friend. #TeamC4

C4 Ultimate shred is a great pre-workout to wake up and get you sweating, and sweating, and sweating. If you are not used to pre-workouts this product likely will overwhelm and suggest you start somewhere lower. Although, if you are looking to take your pre-workout to the next level this is a great product, just what I needed to help breath new life into my gym sessions.

Works great and the actual flavor is good. That being said, I find it hard to take. The serving scoop size is 2-3x the size of what is C4 users are used to. This produces a thick, chalky type consistency which I find difficult to choke down. But once I force it down, it works good.

The previous formulation was so good. Not sure why it is replaced with the new formulation. The pump and focus both no longer there as compared to previous formulation. The new orange flavour is so bad that you will want to vomit 🤮 immediately. And now they have added filler in vitamins etc. Why can't just keep what's working. A serious athlete will be on multivitamins already so what's the point of adding something if not much value. And scoop size keep growing big and big each time. I think Cellucor is going to loose me as a customer forever if not changed soo.
