Add this to your post workout protein drink. I use the unflavored. I was skeptical that I would really notice a difference in recovery and soreness but I really do. Cellucor make quality shtuffs. Have tried tons of their products and they never disappoint.

I started taking this product, because living in New York City, we walk everywhere. I noticed when I was going up and down the stairs of the subway, I always felt a sharpness in my partella (knee cap). Did a daily scoop of and within the haf a month, I noticed the pain was gone. This really works!

I'm a 48 year old orthopedic surgeon. My schedule requires me to workout at 315am and I rely on C4 Ultimate to get my day started! Love this product as it produced excellent results! I feel the effects within 20 minutes and get an excellent transient hypertrophic response compared tobother preworkouts. I use cellucor creatine and glutamine post workout

I actually wasn't really sure how glutamine would effect my workouts and overall health but after taking this, I felt less fatigued in the gym and I felt overall more stronger throughout my workouts! I also love their Creatine and I've been taking both of those for months now :) 10/10 recommend!

I have taken a couple of different brands of Glutamine at this point in my journey, and I will have to say that Cellucor's is the most balanced in flavor and effectiveness of any that I have tried. The fruit punch flavor is amazing, and while I get incredible burns during my workouts, the recovery time is so much shorter with regular doses of the Glutamine. Great product!

I love this product! Effective and a great price! I use it not only for recovery but for my Gut health and digestion. As an athlete this is huge, not only when youre trying to get in a decent amount of food and putting your GI to work, but also in terms of stress during a diet or cut phase as the system wants to downregulate or may become sluggish or irritated easily. This keeps the actual internal systems healthy making it that much easier to actually absorb and make adequate use of what foods youre taking in! no matter how much (grow baby grow!) or little (when you need every last calorie, vitamin, and mineral you can get!) that is!

Really like this Glutamine powder, I mix it with my after workout shake, does not affect the taste and works great. Speeds up my recovery time significantly and a very noticeable difference in the amount of soreness the next day.

Tastes great works better. One of my favorite. For the seasoned athlete or for someone just starting out. Perfect for everyone.

Although this glutamine brand is great, my bad experience is due to the seller who shipped an open and expired powder. I can't be that mad since I did get a refund thanks to Walmart service. Hope to get a better experience purchasing this glutamine brand.
