Flower of the Ocean is a wonderful sea salt. I switched from table salt to sea salt and this is the one I chose. The taste is consistent. I use it for cooking and for adding to taste. I highly recommend Flower of the Ocean sea salt.

Salt is excellent but the top doesnt close up tight enough to keep salt dry

We were told about this salt by our nutritionist and have used it for years. It's honestly the best "finishing" salt there is. Just before serving, sprinkle some of this on your dish and it really brings out the flavors. NOTE that the salt will come a little damp, which is normal. We keep ours in a small tupperware dish and simply grab a pinch when necessary.

We Literally Can't Live Without this Salt. My husband was in chemo and very low in sodium levels. Working with our nutritionist, he strongly recommended this salt, because of the extraordinary mineral content- surpassing all other salts. It's been two years since we started and our levels are great, and my husband is doing great. We put it in food, and a pinch in our drinking water. And now our grow kids are used to getting salt gifts for birthday and holidays. Let's just say, our house will never be without this delicious natural supplemental again!

I was curious about this unique salt. I'm not tasting a large difference in this salt and the gourmet kosher salt. I know both of these contain a wonderful array of mineral content. Since I'm new to Selina Naturally, I'm letting myself explore :-)
