I have been looking at this for awhile. Walmart sold it to me for ****, far cheaper than anywhere else I looked. The machine arrived when they said it would. Everything was there and it is of good quality. I am happy with the purchase.

A mini version of a functional trainer, have some limitations esp the cable range, but still very good for regular folks. Worth it but not for a full price

Great addition to my gym! Definitely watch the assembly video, but I had no problem assembling it by myself.

Great system

For the price, this machine is totally worth it. Very easy to adjust for different exercises and the tower comes with enough weight for the exercises I use it for. Assembly took a little time but the machine is rock solid after assembly. My advice is to use the assembly instructions on YouTube as the manual misses two steps. Depending on your level of lifting capability, this could be a total workout machine. I am a more experienced lifter and own other equipment for my core exercises. This machine is a great for supplemental exercises for me.

For someone who has utilized fitness centers and large universal gyms for most of my life, I was skeptical. Once I tried it I was so pleased with the results, I cancelled my gym membership and have never looked back. With the combination of the workout plans, videos, and the equipment, I have never seen more consistent and immediate results!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use this 5 days a week and follow the 9 week training program, and repeat weeks 4-9. Equipment is great for what I need, however cable sleeve have been torn from getting stuck when trying different exercises and pulleys not moving correctly.

Very difficult to assemble and incorrect parts with shipment. Five hours to assemble and then wrong part was discovered when completed. Had to disassemble and repackage to send back. Full day project. Very dissatisfied.
