The double Velcro on the sand bags is great too. So far no issues with leaks. The outer bag also has a zipper and Velcro closure so it makes it extra secure. Overall a great product to incorporate into your workouts.

I like that you can add or take out sand to adjust weight. The multiple handles allow for multiple workouts and they are easy and comfortable to grip. Great for at home workouts.

Its comfortable but provides a great challenging workout. So far I have been using 4-5 times and week and its a good substitute for regular weights when lifting and squatting.

It is very well made, has a great range for weight capacity, and has handles in a number of different locations, which provides lots of different challenges that you can use. The fabric and handles are smooth and comfortable, which allows me to focus on the muscle groups during excersizes.

Then the two bags fit in the main bag and close with an industrial zipper and then another Velcro. There are seven very strong rubber coated hands to allow for an infinite # of maneuvers. This thing will never leak sand or break.

My hand started hurting, and I feel like blisters are coming soon. the uses for the bag are unlimited, though from squats to lunges to running with it to curling you can really do everything with the bag
