I really like that this is a gummy, I have a hard time swallowing the normal pill vitamins so this is the perfect replacement. The flavor is good. The only thing I see that could be an issue for some is that they are a very sticky gummy and it sticks to your teeth and you have to work it off. Other than that they're great!

Makes you feel better weither it be the gummies itself or knowing your doing something good for yourself by taking them or both cant go wrong either way Centrum is awesome!
