It contains 150 tablets that are small in size and easy to take. You simply take two of these tablets a day which help support your immune system. They are specially formulated for men. Two tablets contain as much vitamin C and E as three oranges and seven avocados.

Their production control and ingredients you can always rely on. Unfortunately with this specific multi-vitamin i experienced nausea, and to make sure it was the cause, i didn't take it for a few days and tried again, and the same nausea repeated. i really wanted to like it but it was not a good fit for me.
