It contains 150 tablets that are small in size and easy to take. You simply take two of these tablets a day which help support your immune system. They are specially formulated for men. Two tablets contain as much vitamin C and E as three oranges and seven avocados.

I love the small size where it doesnt feel like you're swallowing large pills. I've just opened the bottle, but I feel like this is going to be part of my regimen for a while. I was taking another muti formula vitamin from Centrum already, and these will be perfect once I run out of the other. I love that there's a tinge of Citrus emanating from the bottle. You really can't go wrong with Centrum.

The item was already open and damaged when i received it and the packaging is not acceptable. I don't want to receive anymore item from this seller. Please ban him forever so this will not happen to other valued walmart customer.
