So those 3 mainly are in high dosage which is nice for a daily immune booster. there's a bunch of other vitamins in there in smaller doses but nice to know they are there. and 160 tablets shold last me a good long while. so i like the value. thanks centrum!

These are about the size of a normal fingernail and oval shaped and I can swallow them with no problem. I like that they have extra vitamin c, zinc and help support my immune system.

I'm not sure if these are better/worse than anything else, I would say about the same. The one thing I go by is how easy they are to swallow and taste though- no aftertaste at all and very easy to swallow so I like them!
