Centrum split the daily dose between two pills each about the size of a standard gel-tab. This size of the pills and the coating helps you swallow them with little effort. They don't have much of a taste. I like the idea that the pills can be in different areas of your digestive tract dissolving. It seems like a way to increase absorption because the supplement would disperse more easily and be less concentrated. I've used Centrum as a supplement for years. The results are consistent with other versions of this product.

Since the recommendation is for two a day, I like being able to spread out my vitamins an minerals throughout the day. I also like that they have a good supply of minerals. A lot of vitamins only have the minimal amount. Overall, pretty much what I want in a vitamin/ mineral supplement.

I love the small size where it doesnt feel like you're swallowing large pills. I've just opened the bottle, but I feel like this is going to be part of my regimen for a while. I was taking another muti formula vitamin from Centrum already, and these will be perfect once I run out of the other. I love that there's a tinge of Citrus emanating from the bottle. You really can't go wrong with Centrum.
