Centrum Minis Silver Mens 50 Plus Vitamins, Multivitamin Supplement, Supports Memory and Cognition, 80 Ct

I keep a variety of multi vitamins on my nightstand as I like to mix up the ones I take week to week. I really like the mini version of the centrum vitamins as the they are really easy to swallow. I feel they are good in supporting my health and I have no adverse reaction to them.

I have a hard time swallowing bigger pills sometimes so this was a great solution for people like me. I would rather take two smaller pills that one large pill any day. Unfortunately, I do fall into that +50 category. My husband is an oral cancer survivor and as a result of treatment and surgery has a very difficult time swallowing anything. His diet is restricted to soft foods and is not the complete diet we would like. We've been looking for a multivitamin for him to make sure he's getting the vitamins and minerals he's now lacking in his diet. Centrum Minis to the rescue. They are a size and shape he can tolerate. Yes, you do need to take two tablets to get the recommended dose. They are formulated for Adults 50+ and non GMO. The formula specifically supports heart health, brain health, eye health, and whole body health. Everything that benefits someone over fifty. However, they are only effective if you can swallow them. Their smaller size is the best part of these vitamins. We are so thankful that Centrum has made a multivitamin that is not only easy to swallow, but has all of the supplements my husband needs. I would highly recommend these vitamins to anyone that has problems swallowing a standard multivitamin.

These vitamins are different, they are easy to swallow. I haven't had any issues swallowing these at all. I'm actually feeling better too, not near as tired.

Thank you so much for providing these smaller vitamins for older women. I have had swallowing problems for years and have had a hard time finding pills small enough that I can swallow and I hate the taste of liquids and gummies.

I usually can't take many vitamins because they are usually hard to swallow. These are a mini size and you only need to take 2 a day. The bottle contains 180 vitamins, so there are plenty enough to last a while.

The pills are so much easier to swallow than a traditional multi-vitamin pill and I also like that if I don't want to take the level of supplements recommended, I only need to take one which fits my needs better. I'm pleased with ease of swallowing and will continue to use the minis over the traditional size.
