Easy to chew and swallow
I love these because my elderly Aunt has no problem swallowing these because they are chewable. She can not swallow the big tablets anymore. She says they taste great and she really likes them. She has taken vitamins for a long time and they must do her good because she is doing good health wise and even made it through Covid earlier this year with no problems/hospitalization.

CENTRUM MULTIGUMMIES
I ordered the Multigummies because I had trouble swallowing the regular Centrum vitamins, and was told by my doctor not to cut them in half. The gummies are a lot better.

Good product
I love these vitamins. I can tell the difference how I feel when I take them every day. I asked a pharmacist which is better and absorbed in your body and they said chewable vitamins.

Great product
A great full vitamins that meets the daily allotment for many rather than taking this vitamin and then adding more because it does not meet recommendation. I think the over 50 and male versus female is perfect.
