Same vitamins and minerals as Centrum Silver
I have been taking Centrum Silver, and I need to cut down on the Vitamins and Minerals. I need a liquid that has everything I need.

i really needed a product like this but the taste %26 aftertaste were something I couldn't take. So i have an expensive bottle sitting here that I tried 3 times. Other people may not be as bothered by the taste- if so, this is a good product.
