[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Centrum Silver for Adults 50+ has all the nutrients to support heart, brain, eye + whole body health (not evaluated by the FDA) but these caplets aren't too big and I'm glad I found them because they include several supplements that I take separately. No more 15 different pills in the morning! They leave no bad taste in my mouth or an aftertaste as some supplements can. You get a few months worth in the bottle too so that saves having to run out every month which saves money!

The packaging is bright. The pill size is little larger in size, if struggle taking bigger pills. I didn't notice any bad taste.

The supplements are coated, making them easier to swallow. They are targeted for the needs of those over 50. I haven't been taking these long enough to know whether they are effective for my overallhealth, but I am hopeful. They seem to be a good value as well.

Generally I would prefer one specified for women, since some women's versus men's needs are slightly different. For instance, this one does not include iron but women generally need that in a multi. This does have some things I like, particularly lutein for eye health. Check out the specifics to see if this is the multi for you.

I take one tablet a day,it is a easy tablet to swallow and does not upset my stomach. Many vitamins in one pill.
