They contain so many vitamins and minerals!! Just look at the list on the back of the package. Everything your body needs to give you energy and help replace any vitamins your body might be craving. Since taking these I have more energy and have been feeling great!! Its been about 2 weeks now and I can't imagine not having them now. These are something I will continue to purchase. Highly recommend them!

I take one tablet a day,it is a easy tablet to swallow and does not upset my stomach. Many vitamins in one pill.
