It has pretty much all of the supplements I look for in a daily vitamin. I was surprised that there was no iron, as most supplements I've historically taken have included it. Other than that, I think it's pretty comparable and suits my needs. Easy to take, once a day dosing. It does help to take it with food, as I sometimes do get a quick flash of nausea when I take vitamins on an empty stomach. Definitely would recommend this product.

I appreciate the inclusion of ingredients that support eye, heart, brain, and muscle functions, without most being in excessive amounts (i.e., well above 100% of RDA), so there isn't waste. The use of ‘clean' non-artificial, gluten-free ingredients is an added plus. The tablets are on the large side but have a smooth coating and are not too difficult to swallow.
