Works like a charm as always
Don't get me wrong it works it really does, but you'll have have to use the bathroom after taking them.

Excellent product for Men's Health Regiment!
I have used it for over seven years. highly recommend the 7 & 14 day women and men's cleanse. My wife and I do a cleanse in conjunction with the four seasons. The men's seven day cleanse works!

Works / Not harsh
This works great. Easy, and it's not harsh on your system. If it's too much at once, you adjust and your body reacts pretty quickly. I've taken for years a couple times a year.
