CeraVe Renewing Sa Body Cream For Rough And Bumpy Skin, 12 Oz., (1Pack)

I have been using CeraVe - Rough and Bumpy Skin for the last two years. I get a lot of compliments on my skin at age 62. I feel that this has been helpful to keep my skin soft. I use it every night at bedtime. During the winter, I will also add it to my morning routine.

SA cream is recommended by physicians for skin health and care. Mine told me to add authentic Australian Tea Tree to this to add another level of help and it's amazing. I'm almost 70 and I've had this condition since I was 30 after having my children. I have been prescribed and told what OTC products to use and this CeraVe with the Australian Tea Tree works for me. Yes I still get outbreaks but instead of lasting month and months, it's healed in weeks with 2x a day cold water rinse clean and my "potion". (1/8 cup of SA CeraVe and 1/2 teaspoon Tea Tree mix, set for 10 minutes, stir and done)

Suggested by my Dermatologist. It is excellent for dry skin. I am a senior and many years of sun have dried my skin and this is the best of all the lotions and potions Rx and OTC that I have used. Some have been like a paste that would not spread and others were useless. This really does the trick. A little more expensive than the regular CeraVe but I use less, it goes farther, and works like a charm. It's not greasy and goes in well.

Where do I start. I am so impressed. I am 48 years old that hormonal acne has taking over. I decided to try this for small textured bumps on my face that would never go away with my skincare routine. My doctor recommended I purchase this for my extremely dry skin. I have tried several products in the past but I have allergies to products and with my Excema it was hard to find a product that I could use and would work. The cream is better then the lotion. The cream is so creamy. It feels instantly good on your skin. It doesn't bother my excema when I put it on, which is amazing because that was a big problem. It doesn't have harsh chemicals in it. I live in the desert and My skin was so very dry. This cream is a lifesaver.

This is my first time ordering this but I think my jar was previously opened then shipped to me. It didn't have a seal when I opened it and the plastic it was in was ripped and wet inside. The jar was also very oily so I suspect that the lotion separated and leaked a bit. Which is normal UNLESS there was supposed to be a seal. The cream part looks untouched though. Can anyone else confirm that this jar of lotion does not come with a plastic seal?
