The best thing about this is how well-made it is. I have owned others (and one came with my apartment oven) and none of them were as heavy and solidly constructed as this one is. I also like that the finish is a smooth texture and not gritty or rough. Food doesn't stick to it as easily as it does with the other less-smooth textures. For anyone that likes to eat a little healthier, this is great. All of that nasty fat that cooked out of the meats, drained right into the pan and away from my food. This was really easy to clean after I cooked a chicken (with heavy barbeque sauce) and I only need to use warm soap and water. This is porcelain and doesn't have a lot of the chemicals & synthetic coatings that all of my old pans had. I'm really pleased with this and will be able to use it for a long time since it is holding up so well.

This is a really nice grill pan. It nicely fits two ribeye steaks. If you need to cook more, better use your grill or get a bigger pan. This one is just right for the two of us. Clean up was a breeze. The finish makes it easy to clean without a lot of soaking or scrubbing. I will use this grill pan a lot!

I've been looking for a small broiler pan and this looked like it would work. I was pleasantly surprised at how substantial this pan set is, and I'm sure it will be in service for a long time. We broil a lot, and while I don't believe any broiler pan is especially easy to clean, I've found porcelain broiler pans easier to maintain than other materials and expect the same from this set.

The perfect size when you don't have a lot of room to store larger broiler. Heavy weight to it. Won't be easy to knock it off the counter. The right size for several steaks or chicken. Cleans easily. Can be put in dish washer. This was great considering my oven didn't come with a broiler pan. Be aware that it is hot and use something like a mitt to pull it out of oven.
