I was surprised when I got it. It seems quite small and hard when you take it out of the box. However, upon use it has helped tremendously. My near daily headaches have lessened considerably. Pain and tension in my neck and shoulders as well. It could stand to be a little larger and sometimes it's a bit difficult to get it situated probably, but overall I would definitely recommend it for someone who has problems with tension headaches and neck pain.
Despite me being a small person, this pillow is too small and doesn't give a good support to my neck and shoulder. I wont recommend this pillow
