Terrible product. Cheaply made. Need two people to assemble. Unstable. Unsafe. Bent bolts, missing turn knob, crooked and bent brackets. It only takes one person to disassemble this product apart. I am sending it back.
Flimsy and difficult to operate. This is strictly a two-man operation, unless you are the Great Houdini. The straps and buckles on the lumbar and chest belts were assembled cattywampus, making them unusable. Many scratches and chips due to improper packing and lack of packing materials.
